A more recent photo of me taken last year at the Sequim, WA Lavender Festival. I stayed with my friends Debbie & Kim and visited copious lavender farms, ate great food, bought things lavender, and learned how to make a lavender wand. Such fun. I was standing in the lavender field wearing my straw hat when Debbie called out to "take off the hat" and took this photo. When I stay with them we cook dinner using items from Debbie's bountiful garden. Yum. Good times.
